MG 504 Managerial Decision-Making
A survey of both theory and practice of managerial decision-making in an organizational context. The relative strengths, weaknesses, and contributions of both quantitatively and qualitatively-oriented tools, techniques, and approaches to the management level decision-making process will be explored. The role of managerial experience, judgement, and intuition will be given special attention.
