University personnel now have the ability to view pay advices online. Please follow the instructions in this AD Computer DeSales University ESS registration document to enroll in the service. Note that you will need your employee number as assigned in AD Computer’s payroll system to enroll; this number is located in the upper left hand corner of your pay advice.
We encourage you to enroll as soon as possible. Beginning in January 2012, the University will no longer issue paper advices to all individuals who use direct deposit.

On January 1, 2012, a new Commonwealth of Pennsylvania regulation known as Act 32 becomes effective; it requires every Pennsylvania employer to ensure that local Earned Income Taxes are properly withheld. In an effort to make this process as efficient as possible, the Commonwealth has designed a numerical system in which each political subdivision is assigned a unique 6-digit PSD number.
Under Act 32, every employee must complete a Residency Certification Form. You will only need to complete the “Employee Information – Residence Location” section. You can also ignore the “Resident EIT Rate” box in that section.
Follow the instructions at this link to the Commonwealth’s PSD Code Lookup service that you can use to determine the PSD code to include on your Residency Certification Form. (You may need to temporarily allow pop-ups to properly use this Lookup.) A P.O. Box cannot be used for either the Form or the Lookup; you must use a street address.
Please submit your completed Residency Certification Forms to Carol Ritter in Payroll as soon as possible, but no later than December 9, 2011.
