Located in Overland Park, Kansas, ACBSP was founded in 1988 in response to a need for specialized accreditation for business schools affiliated with small colleges and universities. An important part of its mission emphasizes quality in teaching and learning outcomes.
ACBSP is the only business school accrediting body that offers specialized accreditation at all degree levels, from community college associate degrees to doctoral programs offered at select universities.
