POSITION: Maintenance Mechanic, Second Shift
TYPE: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Support Staff
SCOPE:
The General Maintenance Mechanic must possess a strong HVAC background with electrical skills. Will also be available to repair and paint walls, perform minor carpentry tasks, snow removal and event set up as needed. Will assist other skilled trades personnel as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED completion with two years of trade or technical school training.
- Three to five years relevant experience in commercial maintenance or HVAC.
- Possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
- Will work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions; must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. for intermittent periods.
