Residence Life Professional Staff
Oversee all aspects of on-campus living including:
- supervision of the residence hall staff, housing operations, residential education, and enforcement of residence hall regulations
Residence hall directors (RHDs) and graduate hall directors (GHDs)
Live-in, and are responsible for, the daily operation of their assigned housing area, including:
- the RA staff, coordination of residence hall programs, responding appropriately to student concerns, and referrals to the Office of Student Conduct

Resident Advisor (RA) Staff
Upper-class students who live on each wing of the residence halls and are available to mentor and guide resident students. RAs:
- build community in the residence halls, help residents adjust to the on-campus living experience, and assist in maintaining an environment conducive to academic success
- create residence hall environments that are safe, secure, comfortable, and enjoyable
- when needed, handle violations of college policy
