Preparing to Wait

As we await the fullness of the Kingdom, Advent is given to us, so we can quiet our lives and listen more closely the Lord’s voice.  As we listen to God and grow in Christian simplicity, Salesian spirituality is a wonderful help to us.  We will use the Sunday Advent readings as a guide to our reflection, and insights from St. Francis de Sales.

Presenter:  Deacon George Kelly
Director of Institutional Research

Grace filled Waiting

Advent is a grace-filled time for reflective waiting, in imitation of Mary as she contemplated and pondered in her heart while awaiting the birth of her child.  Let us join Mary and each other in this walk, this Advent journey, discovering together how it can be lived out beautifully in the simplicity of Salesian Spirituality.
