(Center Valley, PA) The Forum for Ethics in the Workplace will host an ethics breakfast at 7:30 a.m., Thursday, December 5, 2013, in the DeSales University Center on the Center Valley campus. This event, "The Good, Bad and the Ugly - the Affordable Care Act", will feature special guest speakers Donna Sabol, RN, MSN, vice president and chief quality officer for St. Luke’s University Health Network in Bethlehem; Robert Kachelries, president and chief executive officer with Lehigh Valley Benefits Group; and Kelly Lieblein, regional vice president for Highmark Blue Shield.

Sabol manages multiple departments within the St. Luke’s network including the Network Quality Resources Department, Infection Control, Patient Safety, and the Clinical Trials Department. Under her leadership, St. Luke’s has achieved a number of national and state awards and national pay-for-performance initiatives.

Kachelries has led the Lehigh Valley Benefits Group through a very challenging period in health and welfare brokerage and consulting. She also served as vice president and chief operating officer of Insurer Physician Services Organization Inc.
