Spree killers feel society against them

Article by Victor Greto, of the Wilmington News Journal, on the deadly shooting rampage in Delaware and Maryland on Thursday, April 7, includes comments by Dr, Katherine Ramlsand, associate professor of forensic psychology at DeSales, and an expert on serial killers. The alleged "spree" killer, Allison Lamont Norman, 22, shot and killed two people and wounded five others. "Spree killers are making a statement," said Dr. Ramsland. "You're hitting back at people whom you've perceived as hurting you. . . Everyone's a representative of a society that's turned against them."
