Dr. Larry Chapp, associate professor in the department of philosophy and theology at DeSales, commented on the Terri Schiavo case and the legal scrutiny. Dr. Chapp, who feels we should err on the side of life, stressed that Roe vs. Wade in 1973, has resulted in a change of attitude on death. He and Judge Andrew Napolitano, the Fox News senior judicial analyst, agreed that we now accept death too easily.
