Story by Marcia White on the winners at the third annual Freddy Awards mentions Jeremy Sabol, of Allentown Central Catholic High School, who won a DeSales University scholarship. Twenty-six schools from Northampton, Lehigh and Warren counties participated in the third annual Freddy Awards, which honor high school students in the performing arts. The awards are named after J. "Fred" Osterstock, who managed the State Theatre in Easton in the 1940s and '50s.
