Section includes mention of Timothy E. Nolan, a 1977 graduate of DeSales,
as the new chairman of the board of trustees at DeSales. The three-year
term is effective July 1, 2005. Nolan, senior vice president of Coventry
Health Care Inc., replaces Gerald A. White, retired senior vice president
of finance at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., who served as board
chairman at DeSales for 17 years. Nolan is the fourth person and first
alumnus to serve as chairman of the board at DeSales.
