DeSales University Presents Brown Bag Lunch Series
Center Valley, Pa., -(April 16, 2002) - DeSales University's Brown Bag Lunch Series will welcome artist, illustrator, writer, and poet, Patricia J. Pasda, to display and discuss her artwork on Thursday, April 18 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Trexler Library on campus.
Pasda, a resident of Bethlehem, received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kutztown University in painting and sculpture and received her Master of Fine Arts from Syracuse University. She is currently Who's Who in American Women, a college preparation specialist, and an artist for Pasda Art Studios of Bethlehem. Her artwork can be seen in the Hilton Head Gallery in South Carolina.
Pasda will be joined by her sister, artist, writer, and DeSales access instructor Mary Ann Pasda, for the brown bag lunch talk. The interactive presentation will cover the connection between art, illustration and literature and how they relate to painting. The audience will have an opportunity to participate in various painting styles and experiments.
