Show the college ID and fill out a usage form.
Wash your hands before handling materials.
Use the Archives Collection Finding Aid to assist you in locating materials. Please consult this index before handling any of the archival material. Because the material is very delicate and should be handled as little as possible.
Handle the items with care.
Do not eat or drink around the archival materials.
Use photocopiers or pencils (no pens) when taking notes or copying any information.
Do not lay papers on the archival books or papers because an impression may be left.
Do not use any heavy object to keep a book open.
Do not use any bookmarks in the materials.
Do not remove materials from the archives collection unless you have special permission from the library director.
