Welsh, retired bishop of the Allentown Diocese and after whom the facility is named, standing in the lobby of the new building directly below a portrait of him that was painted by local artist Ben Marcune. A second photo shows an exterior shot of the front of Welsh Hall. The third photo features DeSales senior Chris Krisza, of Hamilton, N.J., standing in his new dorm room after the ceremony.
