Coverage of the dedication of the Walter Kerr Collection at DeSales on Mon., Sept. 12, was featured in a segment on the 6:30 p.m. news broadcast.Coverage included comments by Peter Kerr '07, theater major at DeSales and Kerr grandson. Peter Kerr, who is the son of Gregory Kerr, associate professor of philosophy and theology at DeSales, recalled being around the books in the working library of his grandfather when they were housed in his grandfather's den in the family's residence on Long Island Sound. Portraits of Walter and Jean Kerr painted by Ben Marcune were unveiled by Peter, Ted and Matt Kerr, three of the Kerr grandsons.
