Joan Crete holds a joint appointment with DeSales University and St. Luke's Hospital Network. Her specialty is Women's Health and is certified as an Obstetrical-Gynecological Nurse Practitioner. She has practiced in private office settings as well as community clinics. Currently she practices at the St. Luke's outpatient Women's Health Center in Bethlehem and Easton as well as the Fowler Family Community Health Center at Donegan School.
Her teaching responsibilities include the MSN Advanced Family Practice courses and clinical supervision of the Family Nurse Practitioner students. Community involvement is primarily through her church where she is active on the Outreach Committee, Nurses Committee and serves as a nurse volunteer each summer at Camp Hope in Hope, N.J.
Ms. Crete received her diploma from Los Angeles County School of Nursing, her BSN from California State University, Los Angeles, her MSN from University of Hawaii, Manoa and a Certificate in Nursing Education from Widener University.
