Teresa Wenner is an Instructor in the Department of Nursing. She has a background in a variety of settings including hospital, primary care and community nursing. Her clinical experience includes critical care, cardiac step-down and medical-surgical nursing. Ms. Wenner continues current clinical practice in intensive cardiac care.
Ms. Wenner's teaching responsibilities include the Chronically Ill Adult content in the BSN program. Ms. Wenner is a member of several professional nursing organizations and serves on the Board of a local PSNA district.
Ms. Wenner received both her Associate's and Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degrees from Gwynedd-Mercy College. She received her Master's of Science in Nursing degree at DeSales with a specialty focus in nursing education. Ms. Wenner is certified by ANCC in Gerontological nursing.
