 
The Priscilla Payne Hurd Science Center provides state-of-the-art teaching and research laboratories in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental, and Human Performance.
The educators in our department represent individual specialties ranging from biotechnology and exercise science to ecology and neuroanatomy among the biologists. Among the chemists their specialties include pharmacueutical development, fuels chemistry and instrumental analysis. Each of our students gets to know these caring professionals as teachers, advisors, and research mentors during their time here.
