Venturing into the minds of those compelled to kill

Story by Sara Leitch (with photo) features Dr. Katherine Ramsland, assistant professor of forensic psychology at DeSales, who came to the Lehigh Valley from Ann Arbor, Mich., to help create a forensic psychology program, now in its fourth year at DeSales. Ramsland, a prolific author, has written books on serial killers, as well as crime scenes and exhumations. Albert Sproule, chairperson of the social science department at DeSales, who also is quoted, states, "Forensics is using science to answer legal questions."
