Thomas L. Campbell, vice president of development at DeSales, has been named Outstanding Fundraising Executive. Since 1999, Campbell has raised $20 million. He has been a part of fundraising for Priscilla Payne Hurd Science Center, the University Center, Aviat and Welsh Halls.
