Article by Tami A. Quigley, (with photos), about Rev. Msgr. Charles M. Murphy, who was the guest celebrant and homilist at the St. Francis de Sales Patron Mass on January 22. Rev. Murphy stated, "St. Francis de Sales, 17th century bishop of Geneva, is renowned for bringing spirituality to the level of the heart, the deepest personal center." Father Thomas F. Dailey, OSFS, professor of theology and director of the Salesian Center for Faith and Culture, described St. Francis de Sales as "a preacher, bishop, journalist, lawyer and Christian humanist."
