Forum for Ethics in the Workplace to Host Breakfast Thurs., May 4
The Forum for Ethics in the Workplace, a Lehigh Valley organization that united with the Salesian Center for Faith and Culture in early 2006, will continue its tradition of hosting ethics breakfasts with an event titled "Little White Lies: Maintaining Personal Integrity in a Corporate Society," 7 a.m., Thursday, May 4 at The Ramada Inn at The Malls.
The event's keynote speakers are the areas two newly elected county executives, Lehigh County Executive Donald T. Cunningham, Jr., and Northampton County Executive John Stoffa.
"It might sometimes be tough to distinguish where the line is between corporate expectations and an individual's own moral conscience," said the Reverend Thomas Dailey, OSFS, director of the Salesian Center for Faith and Culture and managing director of the Forum. "Both of these executives run large organizations and will share their insight into how to run an efficient operation without compromising individual rights, personal integrity and social freedoms," added Dailey.
Participants will enjoy a buffet breakfast and table discussions based on the keynote addresses by the County Executives.
Registration and breakfast is $25 per person or $175 for a table of 8.
