Fox News Channel's "The O'Reilly Factor," Tuesday, March 14, 2006
Dr. Larry Chapp, associate professor of philosophy and theology at DeSales, was a guest on Fox News Channel's "The O'Reilly Factor," with host Bill O'Reilly, on Tuesday, March 14. Dr. Chapp addressed the issue developing in the Archdiocese of Boston, after the recent announcement by Archbishop Sean Patrick O'Malley that the Catholic Charities of Boston would no longer be providing adoption services. The reason cited by the Archbishop was because the state is requiring them, for licensing purposes, to also place children with gay couples, which the archdioceses does not want to do. Dr. Chapp agreed with the decision of the Catholic Charities and Archdiocese of Boston.
