Article by Toni Becker (with photo) focuses on students from Upper Bucks Vocational Technical School who worked with students from DeSales, as part of the Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship (SAGE) Glad-Ideaters competition. The competition included area high school students as well as DeSales students. Quotes were included from Glenn Thomas, '06, and Sean McAllister, '07. Becker writes that the students compiled a tool kit of items to improve sheep production for farmers in Peru. It included a CD, which was translated into Spanish and explained how each tool was to be used. Last year the students sent three kits, at a cost of $300 each, to Cuchuma, Peru.
