PM 502 Initiating Projects
This course examines the elements of project initiation specifically, the setting of overall solution direction, the defining of top-level project objectives, securing the necessary resources, validation of project objectives as being in alignment with company strategic objectives and the selection and assignment of a project manager. To illustrate and reinforce concept case studies and research in best in project management methodologies and practices will be utilized. De Sales University is a registered PMI education provider.
