PM510 Advanced Project Management & PMP Certification Exam Preparation

This course provides a comprehensive study of the nine project management processes as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). The nine project management process are project integration management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project human resource management, project communications management, project risk management and project procurement management. In addition, this course will prepare the student to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of 3 Project Management courses.
