Segment features DeSales students in Director of Sport Management Dr. Douglas Turco's sport marketing and promotion class as they make presentations to front office members of Gracie Baseball to help choose a name for the new Triple-A baseball team coming to the Lehigh Valley in 2008. Each student group made a pitch for one of eight names, plus one wild card. The students shared ideas for visuals, ballpark experiences, mascots, rituals, slogans and promotions. The team names under consideration are Crushers, Gobblers, Iron Pigs, Keystones, Phantastics, Phillies, Vulcans and Woodchucks. The wild card choice by the students was Rapids.
