Announcement on the appointment of John Bell, the new chairman of the DeSales University Department of Performing and Fine Arts. Prior to DeSales, Bell served as director of the master of fine arts musical theater program for the University Central Florida in Orlando, director of musical theater and opera for James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va., and head of the dance program for the University of Michigan-Flint. His credentials also include professional director, choreographer, conductor and actor.
