Television special investigates the case of on the infamous Boston Strangler, Albert De Salvo, who confessed to the murder of 13 women. Expert commentary is provided by Dr. Katherine Ramsland, assistant professor in forensic psychology at DeSales and an expert on serial killers. New forensic technologies and recent forensic evidence revealed that in at least one of the murders, and possibly all of them, police may have had the wrong man.
