Update by Jennifer Troxell (with photos) announces Penn Corporate Center's near completion of construction on "Phase Two." The Center houses DeSales' Easton campus. The expansion will double the previous size before construction is completed in March. The additional office space will allow room for more tenants, including medical and law offices, retail shops and production locations.
