Leah Breisch
Director of Residence Life
Leah Breisch has served as the Director of Residence Life for DeSales University since November of 2005.  Her education includes a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a M.S. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University. Beyond her professional work in residence life, Leah also has experience in career counseling, student leadership training/development, student conduct, and social work. During her time at DeSales, Leah has served as an advisor for the CharacterU first-year experience program, helped to develop the L.E.A.DSU program, and co-taught a leadership course.    

   

John (J.P.) Kelliher
Associate Director (Housing Operations)
Residence Hall Director (Welsh Hall)

J.P. Kelliher has served as the Associate Director of Residence Life since September of 2006. His education includes a B.S. in Environmental Analysis/Land Use Planning, Geographic Information Systems, Earth Science, and Philosophy from Central Michigan University, as well as his M.B.A. from DeSales University. J.P. has additional professional experience in training/facilitation, leadership education and development, and education/awareness of sexual assault. He also helped to develop and lead the Senior Success Series.  

   

Clarence Scott, Jr.
Assistant Director (Staff Training & Development)
Residence Hall Director (Donahue & Brisson/Chappuis Halls)
Clarence joined our team in July 2012, bringing nearly 10 years of previous experience working in residence life and student affairs. His education includes a B.A. in English Communications from Cabrini College and an M.Ed. in Post Secondary Education from Salisbury University. In addition to his professional experience in residence life, Clarence has also worked with programs focused on transfer and student success, off-campus student housing, and student conduct.

    

Jonathan Osborne
Graduate Hall Director (University Heights)
Jonathan Osborne joined our staff in August of 2009 and serves as a graduate hall director for upper-class students living in our University Heights townhome community.  Jonathan is an alumnus of DeSales with a B.A. in communications.  He is currently pursuing his M.B.A. through DeSales as well.  Jonathan's position is split with the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership, where he oversees spirit initiatives in coordination with the Athletics department.  Jon also serves as a CharacterU advisor.   

   

Alex Crouse
Graduate Hall Director (Conmy & DeChantal Halls)
Alex Crouse joined our staff in August of 2012 and serves as a graduate hall director for first-year male living area, as well as upper-class students in our wellness community. Alex is an alumnus of York College with a B.S. in Biology.  He is currently pursuing his final year of the M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration program at Kutztown University.  Alex's additional experience in student affairs includes work with student conduct, new student orientation, and college admissions.
 

   

Caitlin Lenker
Graduate Hall Director (Tocik & Aviat Halls)
Caitlin Lenker joined our staff in August of 2012 and serves as a graduate hall director for our first-year female living areas.  Caitlin is an alumna of DeSales with professional work experience in graduate admissions.  Her education includes a B.A. in Communication, with a concentration in psychology and a minor in business.  Caitlin has experience interning in residence life, serving as Resident Advisor, and writing/editing for the student newspaper.  She intends to pursue a Master's in Business Administration.
