DeSales University has a first class reputation for strong undergraduate and graduate nursing degree programs. ACCESS is building on the strengths of DeSales' nursing degree by offering an evening / weekend program that enables adult learners to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing while maintaining daytime priorities. In addition to taking evening and weekend classes, all clinical courses are scheduled during evening and weekend hours.
The nursing major prepares the graduate for practice at a beginning professional level in all areas of nursing, provides a knowledge base for graduate study, and fosters an awareness of the need for lifelong learning. Extensive clinical and laboratory experience is an important part of the curriculum, with students practicing at local hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient clinical facilities.
The features and highlights of the program include:
-
Accelerated course format
-
Convenient evening, weekend and on-line scheduling options
-
