Students must earn a minimum of 40 three-credit courses either through transfer or DeSales University courses. A minimum of 10 courses must be taken at DeSales to receive a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
If a student does not meet the 40 course requirement after completion of nursing and non-nursing core requirements (listed below), free electives must be taken to fulfill any deficiencies.

The RN-MSN program requirements encompass the RN-BSN curriculum, followed by completion of one of our MSN concentrations.
Please note that RN-MSN students may take up to five MSN courses to fulfill both BSN elective requirements and MSN program requirements.
