The Senior Success Series assists seniors in making the transition from college to the world of work more efficiently and effectively. This series of programs is designed for students from all majors. Applicants will be selected for the program based on the following criteria: the potential to succeed in the program, letters of recommendation, an essay, involvement on campus and/or in the community, and major and cumulative Grade Point Average. All students, regardless of academic standing, are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Senior Success Series will afford seniors the opportunity to network with and learn from industry professionals and successful DeSales graduates. Approximately once a month, students will attend a session that will address various components of the transition from University life to the world of work. As much as possible, alumni and members of the community will share their knowledge about the transition to work and the value of a liberal arts and Catholic education.
