Q: I hear the phrase "hybrid classes."  Exactly what does that mean?

A:

Many of our classes are instructed in a "hybrid" format.  In terms of instruction, this brings together the best of both worlds, face-to-face interaction of the classroom and the use of technology.  Hybrid classes meet on campus once a week for three hours.  ANGEL, a web-based learning management system, is used to provide supplemental instruction, which varies from course to course.
