Mission
 It is the mission of the DeSales University Conference Services Department to provide our guests with the facilities, technology, and staff which will enable a unique and stimulating conference, retreat, or special event experience. We strive to provide superior customer service in the Salesian spirit of love and respect. We perceive our work in Conference Services to be an extension of the University's mission to enrich the human community and enhance the dignity of the individual.
About Us
Our beautiful campus is tucked in a quiet valley that is within 10 minutes drive of all of the major roads and highways that have made the Lehigh Valley Region of Pennsylvania the "crossroads of the Eastern United States". DeSales is a 4-year private Roman Catholic University. During the school year our 40-year-young campus is home to 1400 traditional undergraduate students as well as 1400 graduate and evening school students.
We offer fully air-conditioned residence halls that can house almost 1000 conference attendees. Our state-of-the-art meeting spaces and auditoriums allow for meetings of as few as 12 and as many as 2,500. Our dining facilities and catering staff can accomodate up to 900 individuals for an elegant banquet. Our 20,000 sq. ft. fieldhouse can fit almost 100 booths for trade shows.
We are certain that whatever your conference or meeting needs might be, we have the facilities and desire to make your event all that you dreamed it would be.
